3. Prohibited Conduct

When submitting prompts and generating visual assets, you agree NOT to:

• Generate content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Produce non-consensual imagery, hate speech, or explicit illegal material.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt server infrastructure or API endpoints.
• Deploy automated bots or scripts that cause excessive server load or service degradation.

4. Commercial Licensing & Ownership

Outputs generated through Genpick are provided with royalty-free usage rights. You retain full commercial rights to publish, distribute, merchandise, or license the generated graphics.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Genpick, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
